All designs are made to order. Generally, gold and silver items will ship within 10 days from the time your order is placed. Platinum orders can take two weeks to ship. If you have a special occasion where you need an order fulfilled in a shorter time frame please contact us directly at


HUGO KOHL offers standard ground shipping, including insurance, for all retail online orders within the continental United States. Wholesale customers and international customers, as well as customers located outside of the continental United States, are responsible for shipping and insurance charges, including any taxes or customs duties. HUGO KOHL uses UPS generally for shipments, however, we may use any shipping service we deem appropriate. Please contact us with any special delivery requests.


All prices on the website are shown in United States Dollars. Local taxes, including sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order.

**DISCLAIMER** All work done is at the customer's risk. The customer's jewelry, watches, loose gemstones or any other items the customer leaves with HUGO KOHL for repair, sizing, stone setting, custom work or any other reason is left with the understanding that "all work" is done at the "customer's risk". This is due to, but not limited to lightweight mountings, flawed, chipped or fragile gemstones, poor manufacturing, very worn condition, poor workmanship, previous repairs by another goldsmith or numerous other conditions.



Due to the individual craftsmanship involved in every piece produced in our workshop, HUGO KOHL does not accept returns. You may exchange merchandise in accordance with the exchange policy set forth below. Exchanges of merchandise which are not in compliance with the conditions and time frames set forth below may be rejected by HUGO KOHL and will be sent back to you.


You may exchange merchandise purchased on the Website. The package containing the merchandise to be exchanged must be deposited with the shipper within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise.


If you wish to exchange merchandise, you must comply with the following steps:

Email CONTACT@HUGOKOHL.COM to request an exchange authorization. Include the merchandise and all items and documents included with the merchandise in its original packaging. You must obtain and keep your receipt. You must keep proof of return shipment. HUGO KOHL accepts no liability in the event you are unable to produce such proof. Only merchandise received by HUGO KOHL will be eligible for exchange. Upon receiving the merchandise, HUGO KOHL will verify that the merchandise satisfies the conditions of the exchange policy.


HUGO KOHL products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. HUGO KOHL will not accept for exchange any merchandise that shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

HUGO KOHL will not accept exchanges on any special orders, sized, altered, or engraved pieces.

All exchanges will be subject to strict review to ensure that the merchandise satisfies HUGO KOHL’s standards. If the merchandise does not meet these standards, HUGO KOHL will refuse the exchange and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer. If the merchandise satisfies these standards, HUGO KOHL will proceed with the exchange.


Upon verification that the merchandise satisfies the standards set forth above, HUGO KOHL will issue a merchandise credit to the customer. Initial and return shipping charges, including insurance, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the original amount paid by the customer before a credit is issued. Merchandise credit is valid for thirty (30) days and can be used toward the purchase price of items purchased on the Website or in the HUGO KOHL studio.
